If a player has a team option and you decline/buy-out his contract. Will you still get a compensation pick if someone signs him and he's a Type A/B caliber player?

one more, do you get a compensation pick if you Arb a player 3 times, and then he leaves for free agency?

Not really but I'm not the "OMG!  This is so good!!" kind of guy.  Food is food.  You eat it to live not live to eat it.     Unlikely.
