Trump: Worst President Ever? Topic

Will you say the same if the jobs numbers slow and unemployment goes up this year? Will you say the same if the market crashed tomorrow? Will you still say it's the Obama economy if these things happened or will you say that Trump wrecked it?

You don't need to answer, I already know the answer. If things are good it's the Obama economy, if they are not it's the Trump economy.

As long as the economy stays THE SAME, it's Obama's economy.
It it changes (good or bad), something must have caused it to change, and since Obama is no longer President, it would be Trump's economy.

Get it?
Just to clarify.... If Trump mass deregulates industry and raises tariffs on all imports to 20% and the economy stays THE SAME (as you say).... Is it still Obama's economy?

Why bother if nothing changes?

My experience yesterday in Poland was a great one. Thank you to everyone, including the haters, for the great reviews of the speech!

After Poland had a great meeting with Chancellor Merkel and then with PM Shinzo Abe of Japan & President Moon of South Korea.

Everyone here is talking about why John Podesta refused to give the DNC server to the FBI and the CIA. Disgraceful!

I look forward to all meetings today with world leaders, including my meeting with Vladimir Putin. Much to discuss.

You left out the paltry wage number.

Or are those #Phonynumbers still?

Wage growth 2.5% stayed the same as last month. Obama's last couple years of wage growth was 2%

Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke announced plans Thursday to speed up the application process for oil and natural gas drilling on federal lands so permits are approved within 30 days.

Under the law, the Interior Department's Bureau of Land Management has 30 days to grant or deny a permit—once all National Environmental Policy Act requirements are fulfilled.
In 2016, Zinke said, the application process took an average of 257 days and the Obama administration cancelled or postponed 11 lease sales. Zinke intends to keep the entire process to under a month.

"This is just good government," he said, referring to the order.

^^^Trump's energy policy has been the best I've seen from any president in my lifetime, Republican or Democrat.

Zinke and Pruitt have been great so far.

Meanwhile the lamestream media is still talking about tweets and handshakes.

Wage growth, however, remained muted, with average hourly earnings rising 2.5 percent on an annualized basis, essentially unchanged from the previous month. On a monthly basis, the rise was 0.2 percent, which actually was a shade below the 0.2 percent expectation

Seems like trump is impotent. Can't get anything done.
Actually - the fact that the media has been quiet about jobs, the economy, the market, and even ISIS suggests Trump IS doing a nice job.

Believe me they'd be taking about it these issues if he wasn't. All they talk about are his tweets because they can't knock anything else! So Sad!
We're in the exact same economy that Trump was complaining about just a few months ago. It's Obama's economy.
Will you say the same if the jobs numbers slow and unemployment goes up this year? Will you say the same if the market crashed tomorrow? Will you still say it's the Obama economy if these things happened or will you say that Trump wrecked it?

As long as you're admitting that the unemployment numbers are real (and have always been real), I'm good.

Thanks Obama for bringing the economy back from the recession. Hope Trump doesn't screw it up.

Yeah, it's weird how no-one has jumped in yet with the claims that the unemployment numbers aren't right. Or maybe Doug has, since he was that guy. I just wouldn't see it.

I'm not sure how letting biog oil drill for oil and gas on federal lands wherever and whenever they want is a good energy policy.
