It certainly seems to have now that I've addressed the "wasted resources" argument by using the Casey Anthony trial as an example.  Maybe people aren't down with legalized prostitution if baby-killin' has to be legal also.

Does keeping a prospect at one level too long really slow their development ?

I don't do it so I can't say for sure.   By the time a player has to be placed on the 40, he should be in AAA.   RL/LoA, HiA, AA, and AAA in S4.

So if he stays in AAA for a season and a half or so, it won't be the end of the world? I got anxious and rushed some players past LoA.

I wouldn't think so.   I've had guys in AAA for a couple of seasons and didn't notice anything crazy.

I have some guys whose contracts are expiring after this year yet they are not listed in the arbitration report or the FA report....how do I resign them? ,,,,how does this work? (yes this is only my second season...so sorry for the noob question )

Pretty much non-stop.

If they're not showing on either report(major or minor league), their contracts will be renewed.   You don't have to do anything.
