There are some things that make me laugh every single time, even if I see or hear it a thousand times. Your emoticon of the humpers. Don Rickles. The scene from Home Alone where Joe Pesci and the other guy do the home invasion.

Why?

You're Canadian.   So it's probably the inbreeding.

If I have a slugger about to hit his 600th homer, and a loud fat-*** in the league needs a slugger desperately, should I offer a trade... or should I let the fat-*** suffer and get my entertainment from watching his team slowly decline in the playoff race?

Since someone told me what you might be looking for, I think you're going to be stuck with that slugger.   His first 597 homers don't mean much to anyone but you.  The market for 34 y/o making 10m next season while on the decline is pretty slim.

So should I trade him to the fat-***' divisonal rival for a lesser package, just to spite the fat-***?     After all, the reason we play the game is to have fun.

And spite is fun

If you'd like.  I think the person you're talking about has the 9th best record in the NL.  The division is a long-shot, the wild card is unlikely.  I don't think you quite understand the situation.   Maybe someone will explain it to you.

Edit:
You see, this is the problem with HBD.  Anyone can look at a 34 y/o player and say "900 quality AB left.  That's it."   In this case, it's probably less.  So, when you try to trade someone like that, you have to recognize that there are no Bonds in this game who suddenly get better in the mid to late 30s.  Therefore, when you ask for minor leaguers, who have 10-12 BL seasons in front of them, you're asking for a lot.

Who is the "fat-***" that 'tardcomm is referring to?  Any idea?

Yep. He's the guy that had a chance to dump his aging, overpaid player until he asked for too much.

As I was surfing over my Coop team last night with orgasmic delight, I notice that I have a first round bye with the following;

-one MVP candidate
-no Cy Young candidates
-no Fireman of the year candidates
-no Rookie of the year candidates
-no Silver Sluggers
-no Gold Gloves
-no batter reaching 100 RBIs
-no pitcher reaching 15 wins

Could this be the greatest managerial job ever in the history of HBD?

No.  I scored the most runs in Hamilton, by 65, and had no Silver Sluggers or MVP candidates.   I also had the best record in the world while defending my title.   THAT is the greatest managerial job in the history of organized internet sports.

You had two batters over 100 RBI and one pitcher over 15 wins.

Why won't you give me my props? I DEMAND IT!!!!

What's the furthest you've even driven for take-out food?
