Is this guy big league material?  The contact and eye are pretty weak, but the speed, power and decent glove tempt me to move him up.

Not in my opinion.   He could sit on the bench and play LF/RF/1B as a back-up but, if he's getting significant playing time, you're probably not winning many games.  Or, if you are, you're doing despite him.

No, he will not.  It's the mighty Brew Crew.  They'll rebound.   Plus it's a calf injury. You can't play around an injured calf.   He's not coming back until after the break.
