Great game last night....Montreal is tenacious....Of course I want the Pens to win, but either way, this is the best series of round 2.

I gotta say, the refereeing in this game has been absolutely atrocious on both sides.

I love Letang, but, was it me, or did he have a horrendous game tonight? We just gave this one away in the 3rd.

Halak played great....Pens disappeared in the 3rd....Can't keep doing that and expect to go deep in the playoffs...I would hope they come out the same way tomorrow as they did last game, but keep it going for the entire 60 minutes.

Big game for us at home tonight. The Habs have played well on the road this year, but I honestly believe we chase Halak tonight.

I'm nervous. Very nervous. Champions shouldn't need a wakeup call in the conference semis. Especially against an opponent that eliminated the president trophy winners.

This is one of the strangest series in recent memory for me. There's absolutely nothing I can point to and say Pittsburgh isn't doing well. They're moving the puck well, winning puck battles, getting a ton of shots, good scoring chances and they're winning faceoffs. Realistically, they should be up at least 3-1 if not 4-0.

All that being said, sometimes a team just hits a wall. Alot of guys on this team have played ALOT of hockey the last 3 seasons and may be starting to wear down. That paired with how hot Halak is playing is pretty much the closest thing to a logical explanation I can come up with for why they are back in Pittsburgh tied at 2.

I think Sid and Malkin have to come out and dominate tonight. They have to grab this team by the throat and throw them through that wall if they have to, and we all know they can. I think Pittsburgh takes this one 5-2.

i agree andru. i think pitt should have already won the series 4-0. they've dominated montreal every game. but all that matters is the W, and montreal has stolen two of those. pens should dominate yet again, but lets get the W this time. they need to win this game. time for crosby to step up and eliminate the canadians. i predict two goals and two assists for the C-man. :>

Good move by scratching Poni and Feds tonight. Rupp brought a physical presence, and Letestu did not look out of place. Would have been nice to have seen the kid bury his chance early in the 3rd, but a w is a w. Let's close this thing out in Montreal on Monday. And I thought Letang played a great bounce-back game tonight.

yeah, letang played great. crosby had a pretty good game too, though kept off the scoresheet again. and letetsu got an assist. i really like his play. he's a great young player. and rupp did have a good presence tonight. close game again, but we got the W. :>

Flames didnt make the playoffs,or do they let 30 teams in now?

oh well ...at least the Habs made Crosby cry the whole series

And it continues...I thought the Habs played their best game of the series last night and yet they lost.

I don't even try and predict what'll happen Monday because this series defies all logic.

Hal Gill is a colossal loss for the Habs though.

They said that Gill just has a cut on his leg. He should be fine for Monday night, unless I missed something.
