Normally, when we assemble a roster, we try to get as close to the salary cap as possible, filling out the last few spots with 200-300K scrubs.  But in this draft, it will be very hard to get super close to the $110M cap, since there just aren't that many players available in the $10 to $13 million dollar range.

Anybody want to guess what the average salary wasted per team will be in this league?  My guess... $650K per team (i.e. avg salary = 109.35 K).

I think I'll take the under on this. Lots of people are looking at slightly cheaper close-outs, where there is more density. So I'll guess $500K per team.
