I'm a little short of time tonight - I'll update the top overall recruiting class rankings in the coming days since this will obviously have a significant impact. I'm also interested to take a closer look at how our ratings match up and fire a few questions your way. Again, thanks for bringing this to my attention kujayhawk!

Yeah -- if I would have studied things a bit more I would have noticed that in your overall rankings you only have Thomas with 1 recruit. Silly me.

As to your challenges, I think a few can get ignored with Access or some other database management program. Create a table of all the D3 schools. Download all the D2 and D3 recruits into another table. Merge the two in a query that would only produce a result set for just D3 signees.

#1 and #4 are still problems. I don't know how big a problem #1 is but #4 is almost for sure a minor one. You obviously want those recruits but I also don't think you're likely to hit on many who would show up in top 25 lists. I have had to do late recruiting a couple times recently and I was disgusted at how little there was to choose from and that was after scouting most the nation since the costs were so low.

As to interest in this, I suspect there is. I used to do this in the NAC thread that I bumped and folks in the conference enjoyed it. But folks need to know about it. I only discovered it because I hopped over to your conference to look at a couple of teams and saw your message on conference forum. Without that I wouldn't have known to head over here.

That makes sense, and I figured as much (re:interest) - I'm just not much into self promotion.

Red, I can make a post on my conference forum for ya. I'm sure my guys would probably be interested and also appreciative of the info like I am. I have a new guy (soconnor) coaching Alfred this year, KHenry over at Utica, and Hicksy at Ithaca, who use to be in your conference.

Red Rankings are back for DIII. I'll plan on updating these in sequence with the CAP conference Red Recruit Rankings. FYI, as kujayhawk pointed out last season, there is the possibility that a DII pulldown doesn't make the list. If anyone finds this to be the case for one of their players, sitemail me or post to this thread and I'll manually update my data and re-post. Enjoy...

Those top 3-4 PG's are real studs. Particularly impressive is Chowan's signing of the #2 PG with only a B- prestige - nice work fletch.
