Furthermore...he's got his non-con already set for next year and is playing 7 sim ais so he seems to have a history of scrub pounding as well (I'm not hating on it, I do it too). A 92 season vet simply forgot to schedule his non-con when he only had 2 HD teams at the time...please.

Also, my data backed oldave's thought that he had a better season than Pennsylvania, thus there's no vendetta on my end either.

COlonels. . I love how you always slip into conspiracy theory mode so easily. . .

I don't care about circumstantial crap ... if it's a user on this site that I know, I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt and not call them a liar.

The facts are simply overwhelming in this case...he forgot to do his non-con for 3-4 weeks...please. He has some explaining to do. Show me another 10-0 unscheduled non-con, one way or the other (all home or all road) I'd love to see it.

I would say once every handful of seasons, someone forgets to schedule in one of my conference.

But you're so focused on being right or wrong, you don't realize what an ******* you're being.

And you're blindly believing someone because you think you know them. Like I said, my results back oldave's claim that he had the better season...I just think, and an enormous amount of data backs my theory, that oldave is trying to save face for his non-con (why?) because people weren't jumping on his side/siding with his argument. If oldave doesn't like me because of this, that's fine. If y'all don't like me because of this, that's fine. If I'm proven wrong then I will apologize, but there are just too many "coincidences" here for oldave to have not not scheduled his non-con. I'm all about the truth, always have been, always will be. If people want to **** and moan along the way because I'm "attacking" someone's crap claim, then its just a necessity of the battle.

Your shoot first, ask questions later routine is beyond stale.
2/8/2010 11:18 AM
I'd love to see someone refute my mounds of evidence, and if the best you've got is...its a coincidence, then you're being incredibly silly.

The only thing I'm guilty of here is not taking oldave's claim at face value, and the facts tell me and the rest of you that we shouldn't, because its more likely to be crap than truth.
2/8/2010 11:23 AM
lmao, this is funny. Love the "mounds of evidence" line.

Colonels, if you ever land a high prestige DI team try not scheduling any games. For whatever reason the sim gives the high prestige teams mostly home games. This is nothing new and has been going on for years.

As someone who has played oldave every season for the past few years I've gotten to know a lot of his habits. One of those habits is putting off scheduling until the last second or not scheduling at all.

Funny conspiracy theory though.

Well if this in fact does happen somewhat normally, then show me another instance where its happened.
2/8/2010 12:48 PM
You pointed it out yourself...with your piles of evidence. Namely, that his schedule often times is loaded heavily with home games. Whenever he actually schedules, his schedule is loaded with Sims BUT the games are all on the road.

Do yourself a favor, start a thread which is limited to you and Diablo; you guys can live there in your own little world. You can BPI the crap outta his schedule somehow validating him as the top notch coach he thinks he is AND he can cheer your inane theories and conspiracies along since he doesn't seem to get common sense statements.

You two are a perfect fit for one another.

And you and zhawks can start your own thread which each of you posts comments every other minute. Seriously, do the two of you have a life outside of HD and my jock?

This is conjecture on your part...neither of us know what he's done with past schedules, which ones he filled out and which he hasn't.

You guys put a lot of clout into what your "friends" SAY, but in this instance there are simply too many things that went on here for this non-con to merely be a coincidence. I would love to see another, ANY OTHER computerized non-con that 10-0s the schedule, one way or the other. Just because a guy is respected, doesn't mean that he's perfect or somehow absent of flaw. Good people can lie, cheat, steal, etc....we're all one bad day from ruining the world per se. You want a motive for oldave lying here? He didn't like how everyone was getting on him for his **** non-con, thus he said this in attempt to cover his ***, and make it look like the "computer" did it. I have no problem with the guy at all, his story just doesn't seem to add up when you look deeper into the situation.

You two are a perfect fit for one another.

Colonels.....you're arguing with someone who doesn't use fact, logic, or reason in any of his arguments. For instance, his argument trying to prove he was a better coach than me after I called out his NC St. resume was,

"I was better than the coach before me and after me"......all I could do was laugh and laugh....
