Well, I guess I've been fortunate enough to get good teams in this theme...

I've played five teams (NYM, LA, Atl, Bos, LA) in this theme over the last 10 seasons. I made the mistake of drafting both Rose and Ryan for the Mets and they predictably went 81-81 (lessen learned). The other four teams made the playoffs and the last three won the World Series.

I am more than overdue to have a mediocre team...

Of course, the remaining owners are not obligated to pick franchises that fit neatly into this alignment. For example, all four could take NL franchises if they like and pini would just need to figure it all out. Not that we are encouraging this, no matter how much enjoyment we get when pini has to think and the smoke starts pouring out of his ears.

Yep, and they can only go up from what nin311ff did to my poor Braves!!!
