Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Cal, UConn, Depaul, Florida, Florida St., Georgia Tech, Iowa, Louisville, Marquette, Maryland, NC State, Oregon St., UNLV, and Washington are just some of the remaining schools that could make a competetive team.  Oh yeah, and my usual vice - Notre Dame.

Man, didn't remember how hard it was to make a legit team with a $42M cap ... seems even harder now, with the recent changes to the SIM.  Probably doesn't help that Oregon State has the Glove, the Celibate (A.C. Green) and a bunch of scrubs.  Might have to rethink my team choice.
