Elvin's defensive boost and rebound percentages drew me to him.

his best season, the 100 def season with low to's and fouls... his %'s are quite low. 6.5 oreb%, 23% dreb

no disrespect toward the commish's here... but this is definately the last time i enter the odl and 52 mil league. i could walk to beijing and back by the time these first three rounds finish (800 miles one way). drafts are the first half of the season, great enjoyment and banter, but this puts me to sleep. and then another week or so to fill up the leagues. personal problems aside, there's always ways to get things done. used to be we could finish these drafts ahead of time. now it's become, just finishing them. wait for weeks to get a league filled, then wait longer to finish the draft, then wait some more while they fill. unbending in salary cap changes (took a defection to make that happen), strange draft slot format (and no, coley, it is not the best format in all of wis). think i'm heading back to open leagues, hdp and master draft. maybe a college league if that fills. takes a lot to get me to quit something... well, i quit. this is the last go around.

Pick approaching and there are 5 Guards I was really interested in:   Allen goes 2 picks ahead of me, and Porter and Drexler the 2 picks after me. Bet the other one goes real soon too.

eh - maybe we need to be on a timed schedule a little more quickly, but come on. I think you're being a little bit of a drama queen. And the slot selection process works fine, haven't heard a complaint about it in like 10 seasons and suddenly one or two people don't understand it and it's a problem.


anyway, obviously you're more than welcome not to participate, and the picks moving slow is annoying for everyone, but let's not act like the league is falling apart or something. nothing dramatic has changed at all.

well, tarheel, you're not my mama, and certainly not my daddy... and if you don't like what i say, tough noogies. as far as being a drama queen, that's my business. and not hearing a complaint in "like ten seasons" is not deductive reasoning. 

and yeah, we don't understand how the slotting works... it's rocket scientry. and thank you for the green light about being welcomed not to participate. your permission is much sought after. and to think i have lived so long without your council.

lol - not trying to tell you what to do, wouldn't dream of it.

it's unfortunate that you consider the slot selection process "rocket scientry." I see nothing complicated about seeding slot selections in inverse order of the previous year's finish, putting any new owners at the back of the list, then selecting draft spots in that order. In fact, I consider it to be astonishingly simple. But we can't all be rocket scientrists, i suppose.

You will be missed.  Sorry we aren;t ditching people for their lateness.  Maybe it can be looked into for future seasons though.

we dont "ditch" people for their lateness, just you.... 4 times you can't proxy. 4 times you held up the draft, vancem gets invited 3 times, and three times you come back... the fourth lateness (another 6 hour hold-up) was the kicker. you have more important things to do, coley, and i understand that. in the future, i will stay out of the odl and 52 mil league.
