That's funny.   I'm only familiar with the cases of two owners.  One has been saying "Replace me" in For Life(a 3rd season world that's struggled to fill each season) and another said "Someone else needs to be the commish. I don't have time" in a world that can't fill.

Maybe those are the new requirements for new worlds, replacing the "x" number of first-time owners requirement.

I want to go on record as saying that I disapprove of new worlds being created.

Well, in that case, I guess I should go on record with a "Don't care".

I think the only people who care are those who are waiting for their world to fill.     But the thing is that there's no guarantee that any of those 32 owners would have joined an existing world.   The bigger "problem", in quotations because I'm not sure it's a problem, would be owners leaving their current worlds because they have "too many teams".    However, a quality world will probably find a less nomadic owner to take their spot anyway.

Good Worlds Fill regardless of the "WIS Economy"... I have 3 worlds  currently that I am part of and each of them rolled within 10-15 hours of being eligible. Mostly due to the Commish not being at the computer to hit the button once they were full. Having a good world with less than 2 openings per season usually keeps your world from waiting a month to fill.
