Trying to start some more interesting and challenging themes, but the new guard ain't going for it. So... Back with a theme I've done several times.

Choose your favourite franchise. Exclusive. Draft any player that played with your franchise. The rules are as follows:

1. No twisting allowed
2. SH% limited to 18 or below
3. DEF rating limited to 65 or below for both forwards and defensemen
4. SA% limited to 91.00 or below
5. No clones
6. No WW
7. No PI
8. INJ at 6
9. No Shootout

With these rules we will get some even teams from the expansion franchises. Make things competitive and interesting.
