who else has an issue with people being able to choose their draft position? I think the people have a big advantage over the people behind them and vote to not allow this

This is how it was done last year, too, the only change is that now it's happening as the draft goes along instead of ahead of time.  People are going to have advantages regardless (I would have loved to have the #1 pick, but I didn't get a high enough lotto drawing).

But thats the problem, so teh draft doesnt go how they like and they get to switch?  That is not fair and a huge advantage, im actually thinking of dropping out if this is allowed.  I'm all for a challenge but not when the rules stack the odds against me

It is a bit of an unwarranted advantage to look at who has gotten picked and then saying I'll move back, vs. picking where to draft before the draft has started.  I moved back because I thought my spot would come up before 7:00 PM EDT and I didn't want to make a proxy list.  I'm very willing to move back to my starting point especially since my starting point hasn't come up yet.  (Grr.)  

we are waiting on wjsalm right now...he opened his original sitemail so he knows the draft is starting this weekend....ill give him until monday before i look to replace him...the weekend can be tough for some people

Good... 6 picks over a weekend in a 12 round draft is ridiculous. We will still be doing this draft in August at this rate.

I don't think comments like this are fair to DH - we aren't even on the clock yet. He could have just as easily said that we won't even start drafting until this week, but he figured he might as well let people make the first few selections if they're around.

Did I blame anything on Dh? No. So dont be stupid or twist my words. Not his fault people sign up for something and then fail to check on it and disappear.
