I need someone to refresh me on the rules for position eligibility. For example, if I select a 3B, does he need to have 12-15 seasons at 3B, or can he have, say, 9 seasons at 3B and 5 seasons at 1B/OF/DH/etc.?

There's not a hard and fast rule, but if the player has more than just a couple of seasons of eligibility at a position, I usually allow it.
