Look, I am taking this with a healthy dose of skepticism, as should everyone. I'm not ready to deny the accusations and if Kavanaugh is found to have done this he has no right being on the highest court in America... a person who has to make important decisions around WOMENS RIGHTS!

So, you think a mistake as a teenager should finish you 36 years later? If he is found guilty, I don't think he should be confirmed, but not because he did it but rather because he lied about it. Honestly, my gut tells me he is innocent as the evidence is very weak, but I also wasn't there. Hypothetically, if he is guilty and came out and said "I was young and screwed up, please forgive me," I would have no problem with him serving.
