The Senate judicial committee just did the VERY same thing they did in 1991............ rush thru a flawed nomination while (at the same time) refusing to allow OTHER witnesses to testify to what THEY know. That's a pathetic dereliction of duty!

News says we've got a change in plans. There will NOW be an FBI investigation into the Kavanaugh alleged hijinx.

IF he didn't do it, the FBI should NOT be able to corroborate Ford's testimony OR find and verify other claims of a similar nature.
Perhaps, THAT will put the matter to rest and hopefully remove the "taint" that now exists on this nominee.

Somebody should start a thread for those BRAVE enough to postulate on the investigation's outcome.

OK so I am pretty unbiased on this (I was neutral on Kav before this - note my lack of comments) - hell, I even agreed with all3, go figure. So let's break this down.

Well, first off, that's not how the memory works. You can't expect her to know every specific detail. After all, she says she was assaulted. Would you want to keep that in your memory, or push it out of your mind?
