Dems gain in 2020 in congress but Trump wins reelection
Mueller comes back with charges in 2021 or 22 or so, Trump is impeached but not removed but approval shrinks to 30-35% for the remainder of presidency
Blue wave in 2022
Dem wins in 2024 and 28

B. K. ( before Kavanaugh) I would have said Dems win back the House. The winds have changed. Instead of picking up 40 seats, they will be lucky to get half of that. It'll be close though. Many close races are in Red districts.
