Some schools may not offer a "good" option for the same-State HS AND Small College player.
Remember that adding someone like this is an option, not a requirement.
Every school should have multiple very good options for the same-State HS or Small School option.
At this cap, no school is going to have an all-star line-up. That's why every version is so highly-contested.

Come on guys, it's not "that" difficult with only the two adds.
Maybe the 2-week break from the NFL will help get guys thinking college hoops.

That is correct.
A different player, who attended BOTH HS and a small college in Georgia, may also be 1 of your other 11 players, as long as their salary is also under $4 million.
