proposed league alignment sent out for review. we still need 3 teams (my second - unless someone wants to pick it up), and two additional teams ( bmbigdog44 is down for a "possible" second team)

after some thought, I would like to nix my 1959 Giants and instead opt for the 1948 Bears. If glen is OK with that, I will go big on DEF instead of YA Tittle.
