I would think Brewers to the AL East (since they played there between 1972 and 1993 which is the longest period in their time in the AL) and one of either the Rockies or Diamondback to the AL West (since the NL West right now has 5 teams) which is the fewest changes. Diamondbacks have gone into the AL West back in leg 52.

NL East: Braves, Mets, Expos/Nationals, Marlins
NL Central: Cubs, Cardinals, Reds, Pirates
NL West: Dodgers, Giants, Padres, Rockies
AL East: Red Sox, Yankees, Blue Jays, Brewers
AL Central: Twins, Tigers, Royals, Indians
AL West: Astros, Mariners, Athletics, Diamondbacks
