In the varialble cap league, where do pitchers with exactly 100 innings fall? Or hitters with exactly 500 PA. They are neither above nor below.

• Over 500 PA = -5M
• 200-500 PA = No change
• Under 200 PA = +2M

• Over 200 IP = -5M
• 100-200 IP = No change
• Under 100 IP = +2M

I think you may have misread the rules.

Hitters:

• Over 500 PA = -5M
• 200-500 PA = No change
• Under 200 PA = +2M

Pitchers:

• Over 200 IP = -5M
• 100-200 IP = No change
• Under 100 IP = +2M

In the $80M theme, is tied for the most expensive season OK? If a player has exactly 2 seasons in the database, and they're both exactly $200,000, would that player be legal?
