I think there is a lot that happened behind the scenes that we don't know about. Why did Pete B. drop out when he did? Why did Warren stay in the race so long? IMO, Bernie best represents the future of the party AND its present. The party brass knows this, but they fear Bernie's independence. He will not play the old political games. He is not interested in funneling corporate money back into a corrupt DNC. He represents real change. Real change that a majority of Democrats want to see.
None of that constitutes a rigged election, and it also doesn't prove that a majority of Dems liked Bernie over Biden. Bernie was the most popular in a field of 13, but when it came down to Bernie v Biden, Dems chose Biden.
I wish Warren had dropped out before Super Tuesday, but even combining her vote with Bernie's, it wasn't enough.
I was rooting hard for Bernie to win, but it wasn't going to happen this year unless the field stayed split forever.
