The phrase "we're paying for impeachment" implies an extra cost besides the normal funds needed to do business.

okay, maybe that is the way you took it. To me it just says we are paying for the impeachment, which is a fact.

Of course lostnfound is not paying for impeachment. He is Canadian and does not pay taxes in the USA. Not sure why he cares who pays for it.
