Yeah, I noticed but didn't want Moses anyway so I just made my pick to keep things moving along.
Short Moses Malone story... I must have been in 4th grade and I was attending the Lefty Driesell basketball camp at the University of Maryland back in the summer of '86 (just a month after Len Bias died). Moses had been traded to the Bullets just days before Bias' death if I remember correctly. Anyway, Moses showed up at camp to give a talk and show us some post moves. He chose me out of the crowd to demonstrate and eventually picked me up over his head and allowed me to dunk the ball. The first, and only, dunk on a regulation hoop in my career :) Needless to say, he was one of my favorite players after that.
