Once the first 12 teams in a franchise are determined, I will rank the teams in order of winning%, lowest to highest. This is the draft order. So, Round 1 (the second team picked by each person) goes 1-12. Round 2 also goes 1-12, Round 3 goes 12-1, Round 4 goes 1-12.
So essentially it's like a snake draft, except instead of 1-12, 12-1, 1-12, 12-1, we offset the advantage of the top teams, by going 1-12, 1-12, 12-2, 1-12.
Ok, I get it. But, FYI, your post on page 1 says the last two rounds go in snake order 1-12 and then 12-1. It should read the other way around.
But, in any event, my second team will be the 1935 Pirates
