You have to be effing kidding me.
You built a one-dimensional team, and now you want MONEY because your team isn't more well-rounded?
What a joke.
You need to learn a thing or two about reading comprehension. Seriously. Being one dimensional or well rounded has nothing to do with it. I I built a team that was quite competitive under the rules at the time and then WIS changed the rules in such a drastic way that my team most likely wont be nearly as good or as valuable because of the rules change. How is that a joke? They pulled the rug out from under me. I was successfull in the old ratings system. They made the changes not me.
What am I missing?
You built a team around what they believed was a flaw in the engine.
They changed the engine to fix said flaw.
Now you want money???
Be serious.
If anything, your team probably contributed to the changes, since you were overloading with power bats, ruining the macro-scale stats that they use to check whether things are "performing as expected".
Who's fault is that? How would I know there was a flaw in the engine? How am I supposed to know what they expect the stats to be? Am I supposed to know that this was going to happen 3 seasons ago? I played by the rules that were in place. Im not even against this change I just think if they are going to do something this drastic they should break it up into pieces so it doesnt have such a large impact immediately. Why couldnt they implement it in segments? Back to my original point that you dont seem to understand....my issue with this is that it is more damaging to people with offensive teams. I will have to adjust more than a team that chose to be pitching heavy. Ive wasted 3 or 4 years planning for a strategy that is suddenly less likely to be successfull. Also dont want you all to think im running a lineup of Dave Kingmans b/c im not, go look for yourself but most of my power hitters have good splits, I dont think I even have a starter of the 30-90-40-40-80 mold some of you are speaking of.
I still haven't seen anything where you explain WHY you should be entitled to "financial compensation" from WIS.
Are you going to hold your breath until you get credits for your troubles?
I never said I was entitled to it. I will ask for it and make my decisions from there. As an offensive powerhouse team I feel like my team has lost more than other teams in my league, primarily the pitching oriented teams.
Okay, fine.... you said:
Honestly unless I get some sort of credit or financial compensation I most likely will not be back because the lineup I worked so hard to build will not be successfull in this new system.
I say: Don't waste CS's time. Just take your ball and go home right now. Nobody cares.
If there's anything I can't stand, it's a whiny ***** looking for a hand out.
Im sorry do I not have the right to express my opinion here? If there's anything I cant stand, it's a jackass who insists that I am wrong but instead of offering anything of substance to enlighten me to his version of the truth he just calls me a whiny *****. Man that was scary to read, I hope I dont run into you on the streets. lmao
So what is your deal? Are you saying that offensive teams arent impacted more than other teams or they are impacted more and it just doesnt matter?
