Nope. But if you want a white woman to work for you then you should hire a white woman. If you want an Asian woman then hire an Asian woman. If you tell HR to hire a white woman because you feel as though they are smarter than black women, that makes you racist.
It’s not OK because it’s racism, regardless of why.
No it isn't. It is capitalism.

I should be able to hire whomever I want and if appearance is important then I will do as such. If I have a contingent of African American clients and they ask to deal with an African American rep. then I will oblige. I had a Muslim client who asked me to take the female rep off his account because in his view males were not equal to females. I did it. Customer is always right and she actually asked me to take her off because she knew he felt this way.

Biases will always be with us. Live with them. Don't whine about them.

A policeman should not be more suspicious of a black person than a white person, not least because THE CRIMES OF OTHER PEOPLE THAT HAPPEN TO HAVE THE SKIN COLOR OF YOU HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH WHETHER YOU WILL COMMIT A CRIME. This is why we have police racism. Yes, it is unfair. That is a bad thing, right? You are acting like life being unfair is just part of life even when we can help make that fair.
