well, that sucked, but i gotta give montreal credit. they never give up, they have an amazing goalie, and they do a pretty good job of keeping the other team to the outside and blocking shots. i don't think they deserved to win the series. they should have lost the first four games, but they deserved to win this game, and they got four Ws, which is all that really matters in the end. congrats montreal and good luck in the next round. as for the pens, tough break, but i know you'll be back next year and strong as ever. :>

Yeah, they did deserve to win. They won 4 games. Seems to me they beat Washington in much the same way.

Congrats Pens on a hard fought series..Good luck next year in your nw home. Good way to close the old building though. Montreal was the first and last team to win there.

The Habs deserved to win...Great job by them. Can't wait for next season

i don't feel they deserved to win the series because they got outplayed in six of the seven games. halak won three of them single handedly. just my opinion though. i'm sure most canadien's fans would disagree. :>

All Montreal fans here are like that donald, don't take it personally. There are still chants of Crosby sucks all across the city, to which I reply: "you werent saying that in Vancouver".

Tonight, the better and more deserving team won, but there is no shame in what the Penguins have accomplished the last 3 seasons. 300+ games in that span plus Olympics will wear anybody down.

Great season, and more to come. Sid is still the best player in the world in my book and I'd take him on any team.

And Paul Henderson didn't have much to do but tap it in in 72. It doesnt mean it wasnt big.
