If he's not running at a giant, jumping in the air, stabbing him in the neck with a sword and yelling "IS THERE NO ONE ELSE????" when the giant falls, I don't care.

I seem to be entering the "meet all my school chums at funerals for their parents" stage.

My wife didn't think it was right for me to come up to the 6 year old son of my friend and say "I WENT TO SCHOOL WITH YOUR DAD WHEN I WAS YOUR AGE!!!" I said it was a necessary right of passage. Who is correct?

I'll have to go with you on this one.  I'm not really sure why your wife would object to it.   I don't know what else one would say to a 6 year old.  And, in your case, it's good you didn't say "Want some candy, little boy".

Also, while I'm at it, HAHAHAHAHHAAHAHAHAHHHAHHHAA at Vick's concussion.  I think I warned you of such things.

I'm not exactly sure what he deserves.   He deserves to feel pain and lots of it.   I'll repeat that there's something broken in his head.  I'd be a lot more forgiving if he had given money to some dumb cousin who started the "business" and he didn't stop it.   I'd be a lot more forgiving if he just went to the fights.   But he was an active participant in the worst parts of dogfighting.  It just never clicked in his head that he needed to stop.   On a lighter note, I told my wife he got a concussion and she said "Good."  She likes the Falcons(I'll tell the story if asked) and even had a Vick jersey.   She's way more condemning of him than I am.   And she's a lot nicer than me in most cases.

Did you know that the last time the Tampa Bay Rays used a starting pitcher aged 30 or more was on 5-24-2007?  And the pitcher in that game (Jae Weong Sao) celebrated his 30th birthday that day?
