Yeah... crazy... Jim Spencer goes 4-4 w/ 2 dingers & Oscar Gamble adds another 2-run HR.
Figueroa goes 7 1/3- Ron Davis 2/3 - Goose gets the save.

So...ummm... I'm (4-0)... can I play for a winning team instead of this bunch of losers ? :-)) Just kidding fellas... I'm a lifelong Cubs fan so I'm used to losers.

* Actually Taint & d-town... your game doesn't mean anything now...you guys can skip it if you want as the NL clinches...

My 79 Yanks beat Dtown's 76 Yanks in 11 innings, 5-4. Thurman Munson drives in the winning run in the 11th and Goose comes in and shuts the 76ers down to secure the victory. Chris Chambliss hit a homer and Jim Spencer drove in three with a bases loaded double to pace the 79ers.

AL and PL will vote, I have to get some stuff together and will have questions out either tonight or tomorrow. The AL will be down to 4 and the PL to 6 and the NL stays at 6, is that correct?
3/22/2010 10:39 PM
Nice job NL!!! Knee I believe that is correct

Do we still vote for captain?

3/23/2010 1:09 AM
PL
Bestera-Is it good for a dominate tribe to lose now and then just so that they can vote some people off?

Frozenrope-Has the game goten to a point yet where your vote is based more on who is a threat then on the merits of ones plays?

Dtown-Who is the biggest threat on this tribe to win the whole thing?

Arvid- After a great run of victories I would say you guys were humbled in this one No?

Dash- How solid are the alliances within this tribe?

Gonos- Why did you sit this one out?

Stevey- How much to do you communicate with the other tribes?

AL
Emann- What is it going to take for you guys to pick up your first win?

Josh- Is continually losing effecting alliances in the tribe?

Taint- How much longer can you guys last as a tribe? Do any of you feel like Stephanie yet?

Bastan- DO you know who is going home tonight?

Toddle- You personally have not lost but your tribe has not won. How frustrating is that for you?
3/23/2010 9:25 AM
Lets get the votes in by tomorrow at the absolute latest. PL and AL vote someone off and name captain. The NL just a captain.

Humbled is too strong a word in my opinion. All the guys on our team give each challenge it's due diligence through extensive research and analysis that includes but isn't limited to prospective pitchers,batters,line-ups,fielding alignment, pinch runners, etc. We cover everything over here. So when we lose, no, we aren't humbled, I think disappointed is a better word. Last challenge for example we went 1-3. Our 3 losses read as follows: 9-8, 5-4, 4-1. Very easily could have taken all three of those contests. We compiled a 1-3 record with a combined scoring differential of 18 for and 22 against.

Josh- Is continually losing effecting alliances in the tribe?
Let's put it this way... Rather than hose yet another player in our dwindling tribe, this time around random.org is deciding who gets my vote.

Arvid- After a great run of victories I would say you guys were humbled in this one No?
"Arvid" and "humbled" in the same sentence? Thanks for the laugh to start the day kneeneighbor!
