I'd go with option C. Neither of those guys are more than roster filler. But, if forced to choose, I'd take Hooper. He'll be able to pitch more often out of the pen.

It always depends on the composition of the team. If I needed a bunch of innings from someone who wouldn't completely suck, I'd consider it.

You probably won't get what you should. I'd expect a top 8 pick in return. When "selling" him, let the other owner know that he will only get this season from him but he will get two picks next season as compensation. If you can't get proper value, keep him and get the picks yourself. Lots of things happen during the season. He might be a big piece in YOUR playoff run.

That seems like a tool for someone who lacks focus or a memory.

Ideally, I'd want him at 3B. But I'd also accept him as a 2B. Anywhere but SS/CF. Yes, I'd find a place to get him some AB.
