I had Conley typed out but convinced myself that I’d need Pressey’s boards...good chance I made the wrong call. Agreed that Conley shouldn’t be a mid-6th. I thought he’d go around the 4th round.

I already regret taking Beal, three pretty good seasons that I feel mesh well with my team, but Magic/Manu/Beal puts me over 96 minutes per game at the guard spots for those good Beal seasons. Not a fan of playing Magic @ the 3, but we may have to for a couple minutes on a couple teams.

I wonder how many of you are making your rebounding targets.

I'd rather have efficiency, boards and low TOs than great defense at four or five positions, but that's a choice I've made. Shooting for 130 PPG, which has been successful for me lately in terms of wins and losses.

Had to throw in two Cavs Boozers to make OReb% targets for two teams. Not crazy about it but if I'm going to give up 120 PPG, I'm sure as hell not losing on boards, too.

There’s no salary cap though, just put the best minutes on the floor and if you’re benching good players for a few of their M/82 then so what? Not like you’re wasting cap on it. I like the pick.

Doing this draft has put on me an urge to go back and play in the ODL & funk52 (or whatever it's called now... dh52?) draft leagues again. I've spent a few hours the last several nights after work at home on my computer, checking different things wis related in between downtime doing other things whereas I typically just ignored WIS at night with very few exceptions.

re: Bradley Beal - he was 100% on my radar.

it's already drafting aaaaaand I'm tapped with my time as it is... but after this Savage thing is over, I think I have to throw my hat into the ODL again at least. I had forgotten that I made it to the finals and lost by 1 in game 7 to mikee five years ago till I was just looking over the history thread. ******* insane.

PS I HATE THAT MIKEE ISN'T IN THIS. Dude was always a fantastic owner. Also real sad Sly isn't around anymore. He would have eaten this thing UP!
