Break them up... 4 in a row! Sunday & Monday are 2 really big ones Canucks & Red Wings.

Over the last few games, they have been getting that secondary scoring which they weren't getting before.

Hey 4 in a row... going after San Jose now.. hahaha

8th, 6th or 5th... not interested at all in 7th right now

Arg.. if it wasnt for the refs we had that game in the bag.. bloody officiating

That may be, didn't see it. Now tonight's game is a BIG one!!!! Can't really afford to get 3 pts behind ......

It wasnt it... We lost cause we played 40 minutes and didnt play hockey in the first.. I just like using the Vancouver excuse

Thankfully they took Kipper out after the 1st so he will be fine for tonight. Big game.. as you said.. 3 points back and we are in trouble... especially with games remaining against some big teams like San Jose and Chicago

well, that sucked. i could blame the questionable call on the penalty, and the stupid call for a penalty shot (should have been a regular penalty), but what it really came down to is that calgary looked like they were playing for the tie in the final few minutes and detroit was playing for the win. which of course a tie would have given the flames the season series, but that only matters if we are actually caught up to detroit. makes the playoff run just that much harder. especially with the stupid predators beating actual good teams. might be one of those years. if the flames don't start playing hard for sixty minutes a game every game, we ain't gonna make it. we just seem to fall apart at least once or twice each game. we're great when we're pressing, but when we stop and think about sitting back, we kinda suck. also need to work on the powerplay more. four minute powerplay with nothing to show really hurt us tonight too.

next up colorado, and now every game is a must win. :>

Any interest in 10th??? St Louis is 4 back of the Flames and the Blues have a game in hand.

hey juskay, colorado is only five back from you guys with a game in hand. i'd be more worried about my own team and hanging on to the division if i was you. you could still easily slip to seventh and an early round exit from the playoffs against the hawks. :>

We lose the next one, its over

Not many teams can lose 9 in a row and recover in this competitive league.. that stretch and not the home stretch killed us

Problem is, recently there is always a stretch

The one big problem is that you're chasing the Red Wings, who have just gotten healthy and playing their best hockey of the season right now.

That said, I do hope Calgary catches and knocks out Nashville, simply because I'd rather watch the Flames in the post-season than the Preds.

I think Detroit is in, Colorado and Nashville could fall.. pigs could fly... but they dont have wings... in any case, we lose to Colorado tomorrow, she be over
