doubtful.. especially if it was at will employment. even if it wasn't, his ex-employer could probably find a more acceptable reason for firing him if they had to. Maybe he called in sick to attend the rally.

It's hilarious when people like all3 are suddenly worried about protecting employees. It's almost like they haven't spent their entire adult lives voting for a party that has made stripping away employee protections and employer regulations a primary mission.

Nice to see the protesters that pulled down the statue have been identified and will be charged with felonies.

No. I'm not rooting. If you break the law you need to pay the consequence of breaking that law. Pulling down public monuments is illegal.

I also think Obama should have tried harder to prosecute Ferguson rioters. They broke law, and no one paid... Which is why the riots got more destructive from there. No consequences.
