If a trade with a star and a top prospect for 3 potential big leaguers is considered, what is your criteria for using the veto?  Do you consider the balance of the trade, or the balance in the league?

Despite popular belief, I seldom veto.   If it's current/future BL talent for current/future BL talent, without some stupid cash inclusion, I won't veto.   If there's some blatant dumbassery happening, I will.
