Given that this guy is pretty good defensively as well as a scorer I'm surprised he's still available-maybe I'm overlooking a flaw.

Have you ever heard of the "Human Highlight Reel?"  Well you just drafted the Human Turnover Machine.  McGinnis lead the league in turnovers three consecutive years and his rookie year he has close to a 1:2 a/to ratio.
