Who had the higher approval rating in the latest polls? More people still hate and distrust Hillary. Why refuse to move-on from her (and Obama)? As far as the lawsuit being settled without admission of guilt, that doesn't mean he wasn't guilty. Read about the lawsuit and it looks fairly obvious he was guilty.
