I hope not.  I think the game against the Lions will be the key.   Packers will smoke us.   How we recover after back to back beatdowns will determine what happens against KC/SD.    And somebody has to stop Tebow.

The Raiders are a running team.  Unfortunately, the Packers are a scoring team.   Being down by 17 forces you to pass(unless you're John Fox).  
I think pressuring the QB is usually the best way to slow down an offensive juggernaut.   Bust his *** repeatedly.   Even at the whistle.   Make him uncomfortable.

It doesn't look like he's going to progess much but I'd want a better hitter at 1B.  If nothing else, start him in AAA and call him up after 20 games if he's your best option.

Won't the Raiders be susceptible to big plays if they blitz Rodgers consistently? He seems to perform well under pressure so why not just play dime all game and limit offensive possessions for both teams to keep it close for as long as possible?

He doesn't perform well sitting on his ***.   Giving him time to throw isn't a recipe for winning.    If I'm not mistaken, the Giants had 7 in coverage with about 50 seconds left.   Within 2 plays they were in FG range. 

Who do they have that can get to the QB? Their corners aren't good enough to play man for long either, don't ya think?

Would I lose the 16th pick by signing a Type A FA?  It says "you would lose your first pick below the 16th overall pick" , so does that mean 15 is safe and from 16 on is lost?  Or is 16 safe and 17 and on possible compensation?
