I probably saw most of them at some point but it started when I was 7-8 and finished in my 20s.    I wasn't that interested in shows like that at 7-8 and didn't watch much TV, beyond sports, during my teens/college.   So it wasn't "must see TV" but I'd catch a rerun from time to time.   Never saw the last one.  I think Alan Alda killed a kid or something.   Big TV moment, IIRC.

My team in Joey Belle is 3 out with 35 games to play.  My CF is at 95% and I don't really have an alternative other than to play him while fatigued.  At what point am I risking an injury? I usually rest guys at 98% but I figured that since I am in the race, he will have to play tired.  Am I using sound logic?

No chance.  Pujols is going to pull the trigger soon and the Sux aren't stupid enough to get caught with their dicks in their hand. I don't think.   Plus Ramirez is known to loaf and the Sux have too many of those guys already with Valentine coming in.  To be fair, I am rooting for an all-out implosion.

Below 98% seems to be the death line in the minors.  I'm assuming the same holds true in the bigs but I seldom test it.    When making a playoff run, I run my guys into the ground.   They can rest when they're dead(or on the DL).

Thoughts on the Angels overpaying for C.J. Wilson?

The rumor I heard was Angels as the mystery team.   Not sure why that was such a mystery as only a few teams could dump 20m+ a season for 10 years and the Sux/Yanks/Phils already have expensive 1B.   But I still thought he was going back to STL.

He was the top SP.   The market drives the price.  And, with the Angels signing Pujols, they're obviously aiming high for the next 3-6 years.
