The rules are explainned before each challenge, but it is just a cursory over view, the final decision comes from Probst.  thats how its been this season and the previous season with Joshkvt as Probst.

First tiebreaker is scrub wins. That was clearly stated. Second tiebreaker from what Bastan told me before all the games were finished is who finished their schedule first. If -- and I say IF -- my calculations are correct, then Soxy with 1 scrub win loses over Will and Tom with 2 apiece, and no 2nd tiebreaker is necessary. If all 3 have 2 scrub wins each, then Tom goes because he finished his schedule last out of the 3.

To paraphrase Bill Clinton, it depends on the definition of the word "loser." I have never been against a 3-way, though. Just a different type from what might apply here.

Ok so since we have a 3 way tie with the loser using his immunity idol. We all will just go to the next round. No one will go home this round.

For the next challenge we will get rid of two people. The bottom two will be the ones going home. Tiebreakers will be first to get in games, 2nd is a coin flip at random.org.
