How long does it take from a trade being accepted, to it being completed?  Or to be more specific, how many cycles prior to the transaction deadline cycle would you need to have the trade accepted to ensure it would go through before the deadline?

Which of these scenarios is more likely to occur on Sunday:
  • Chiefs defeat Broncos + Raiders beat Chargers = Raiders are AFC West Division Champions
  • Broncos defeat Chiefs, Raiders beat Chargers AND Jets beat Dolphins OR Texans beat Titans = Raiders are the 6th seed in the AFC?
