Aaaaaaaaaand the one who I spent most of my money on and who is getting away. I should mention that I cut King. Retrospectivally, not the best idea.

#6 SF, #64 overall, ****;
promised the start, promised 20 minutes. I wanted this player so badly, but La Salle ultimately won the battle. I spent too much chasing around a second big man. This was a frustrating recruiting season. I would've loved to welcome Day to campus. He'll be quite good by the time he graduates (if he doesn't leave before then). Drag. I just know that I am not going to see him on my campus.

up to 821 after his freshman season, with a B- on FT shooting. Day would've been great for me. He started and played about 25 minutes per game, scoring a bit more than 5 points per game, and rebounding roughly 3 times per game. He'll get better yet.

up to 938 almost at the end of his junior season. Really a nice player, but getting close to topping out. Might be draft-worthy right now. I really wish we'd signed him. I've got a couple of decent SFs now but nothing equivalent. And fussyd La Salle after Season 29.

Day made it to 950 by the end of his career. La Salle hasn't done too much, but Day graduates having played the most minutes in school history and having scored the second most points. He would have been a very, very fine addition for Maryland.
