A recent update designed for progressives changed Rookie of the Year voting to include players making their first appearance in a continuing league, such as this one. That means drafted players took most of the five slots in each league's voting for the award. Support told me they cannot limit the award to just AAA players, but they can provide me a list of the top five AAA in each league in the voting. Four teams have goals requiring a player to be in the top five for ROY (Los Angeles, Pittsburgh, Massachusetts, Anaheim).
The rule will be that
only AAA players can meet that qualification. I will ask support for a list of the top five AAA players in the ROY voting around the all-star break, and again at the end of the season. Teams must have a AAA Prospect in the top five at the end of the season to meet the objective. After this season, that could be changed if this solution doesn't work.
