No one is saying he's being wronged. Only that you're hugely overreacting and then refusing to step back a bit (shocking). Its really ok for him to visit a banned site through a loophole...if and when his boss sees that, that makes him/his case any better? I'll say this: If you ever do get your company off the ground, good luck keeping any employees around. Its going to be a sole proprietorship if it ever flies...its a one man show, always has been, probably always will be. I wouldn't need employees for what I do.

Learn some web design before you start if you aren't going to hire anyone. You could use it

All this stuff is basically unnecessary....my rankings would be better/more appealing if they were colorful? Are you kidding?

The site isn't going to win any art awards, but the formatting doesn't detract from the site enjoyment either...it suits its purpose.

And yes, I had been to it before I made those comments, it had just been the first day you became annoying, so i had not been there in two months or so and was talking out of memory, funny how my memory of how it was was exactly 100% right. That's believable,,,

Your site is boring. Its a reference site basically...you look at rankings, you look at what I have currently, and you leave...there's nothing to buy...its "boring" for a ton of reasons not named web design.
