That could get real tricky. What if brewpow comes back, says he doesn't want Molitor and re-picks, then someone who picked after you made that pick says they would have wanted Molitor if you hadn't made the pick? See what I mean?
My feeling is that if someone isn't even opening their sitemails and you have to pick for them that they get who they get. Otherwise, a domino effect could occur that would just be a big headache for everyone involved.
