Cooler heads and logic prevail. Hip, hip hooray!

Now let's talk about enforcing stiffer penalties for multiple walk-ons ...

Why do you want to penalize teams that battle for players? Would you rather no one battle for players and recruiting just becomes you pick who you want? I dont understand. You still have not mentioned anything about why 6 is a magic number. I'd love to hear that argument.
I didn't say that I don't want battles, that's ludicrious. The cap is in place now and there are tons of battles. I just said that if you battle and take risks and have multiple walk-ons, there should be actual repercussions for taking those risks.

What you're advocating is to be able to take the risk and have no repercussions. That's absurd.

No repercussions??? How about you lose out on 2 players and have only 10 on your roster.

You've got to be kidding me. What a joke. Can someone explain why the magic number is 6???? Just because a couple of coaches complain you undo a change. Please say this is not so
Wow. That is all I can say. Unbelieveable.

I'm really sorry that you won't get the extra money for your 7th opening, and I'm sure your position on this has absolutely nothing to do with having all of those openings.

Cooler heads prevail? I guess as long as things go your way you are happy.

I looked at your record, and you're more than smart enough to know that having 10 players is not a real detriment. Almost everyone plays a rotation of 10 players or less. And then you get the extra $15/30/45K to go out and recruit next season.

I could care less. Yes, I would like to have more money but I guess I wont. As I said, I guess you know whats best for the game. I still want someone to tell me why the magic number is 6??? PLEASE ANSWER THAT QUESTION.

No, unlike you, I'm not looking out for myself, I'm pushing for what I think is good for HD.

And yes, like anyone I've ever met in my entire life, I'm happier when things go the way that I'd like. But I'm more interested in the methodology behind things, what makes sense, what's good for HD, etc.
