Gotta agree with todd here. Since you allowed others to say 200k guy, they can pick anyone, i dont think a 200k guy should matter to the extent of not allowing a guy to change it. especially since 200k for 200k isnt going to help a team that much.

agree also a 200k is only going down to the minors anyway so it only matters if someone else took that guy before him or a better year (not 200k) from that player
