Ok then...after his season ends, I'd love to see him apply for a job he's "qualified" for and fail due to lack of loyalty...this will be the proof in the pudding.  You saying he can't move even if he wanted isn't proof, I want to see him apply for a "qualified" job and get rejected because of loyalty, because you "saying so" is just hearsay...and that's no disrespect to you, it's just fact.

I have always thought it takes around 4 years to build loyalty to move, but here is a profile of one of my RL friends who managed to switch schools (Coastal Carolina to Siena) after just 2 seasons and another 3 to move to Baylor. We're talking a lot of seasons ago, so loyalty could have improved quicker back then.
